Polyclinic is one of the divisions on the organization of outpatient polyclinic assistance to police officers, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, family members, the Pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the military personnel of the NG of Ukraine.
The clinic was built and commissioned in 1977, on the street. Professor Kravchenko, 2. Radius of service of the attached contingent 10-15 km in Gitomyir, 145 km in the region.
The main task is to preserve and strengthen the health of the attached contingent.
For its execution of the clinic, organizes and conducts:
- provision of primary emergency medical care in connection with acute, urgent states, injuries;
- providing medical care at home as needed
- early detection of diseases and a qualified examination;
- timely and qualified provision of medical care;
- Preventive inspections and dispensarization of the attached contingent according to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the country of 01.11.2016 No. 1146 "On approval of the procedure for conducting preliminary and periodic medical examinations (clinical examination) in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine"
- dynamic observation of the health of children, Pensioners of the ATS, Veterans of the Second World War, Liquidators of the consequences of accidents on the Chernobyl, and members of their families, participants of the ATO and the EOS, the implementation of medical and recreational activities;
- anti-epidemic events (together with CPM): vaccinations; identification, dynamic observation and information support of the CPM on infectious patients;
- examination of the temporary and resistant disability of patients and control over the quality of the treatment of patients;
- Sanitary and educational work in the divisions of the GUNP and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Zhytomyr region;
- provision of paid services to the population of the city and the region and the development of measures to strengthen the material and technical base of the polyclinic structural divisions;
- exchange of experience of medical personnel of all departments of the medical institution, reporting, analysis of statistical data and performance indicators.
Ambulatory and polyclinic assistance is carried out by a clinic for 262 visits to shift. It turns out advisory medical care for 12 specialties, namely:
- therapy;
- neurology;
- Cardiology;
- gynecology;
- Surgery;
- otolaryngology;
- ophthalmology;
- Pediatrics;
- dentistry;
- dermatology;
- urology;
- orthopedics.
Advisory reception of patients, selection of patients for inpatient treatment.
Preventive medical examinations are held, medical examination for personal sanitary book, medical examination of drivers, medical examination for obtaining permission to receive and carry weapons.
Each day, outpatient receptions are conducting precinct therapists and specialists of narrow specialties, which allows patients to get qualified medical care.
